STRONG MAMA WORKOUT – 195 SEK
Bring your mini-me and come to Jacy'z Sports Club for a strength workout with other new moms. The workout focuses on the whole body with exercises that help you build strength and energy after pregnancy and delivery - and of course your baby is welcome to join in! The child can sit or lie in the stroller next to you or lie on the floor next to you while you exercise.
The sessions are open to all levels, regardless of previous training habits. Our instructors offer customized options so you can train on your terms, at your own pace. Each session has a limited group size of 6 people, to ensure personal guidance and encouragement from our instructor – as well as an inspiring community with other mums.
